David L. Kelly, III
Executive Vice President
Mr. Kelly joined Bowen, Hanes & Company, Inc. in 1997 and is involved with research, security analysis, portfolio management, client relations, and business development. From 1989 through 1996, Mr. Kelly was associated with Peterson Properties, a full service commercial real estate company, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. F. Borden Hanes, Jr.
Mr. Hanes directs the firm’s Winston-Salem office and is involved in the formulation of the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio management, and business development. Prior to joining Bowen, Hanes & Company, Inc. in 1981, he was associated with the investment banking firm of Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Active in community affairs, Mr. Hanes serves on numerous Boards.
Kevin R. Burke, CFA
Mr. Burke joined Bowen, Hanes & Company, Inc. in 2013 and is involved with research, security analysis, client relations, and business development. He began his investment career in 1986 with First Union National Bank in Charlotte. He was an equity securities analyst in the bank’s Trust Department, recommending equities for individual and institutional client portfolios.
Vickie C. Barber
Vice President - Administration
Ms. Barber joined the firm in 1979 and has played an increasingly important role in the multitude of administrative and accounting duties. She also serves as liaison with the SEC and senior editor for the firm.

Ms. McCauley joined the firm in 1984 and sits at the heart of a team that includes over 90 years of experience involving trading and portfolio accounting activity. Her day to day responsibilities primarily revolve around trading and account activities for the Tampa Firefighters’ & Police Officers’ Pension Fund.

Ms. Larsen joined the firm in 2002. As Senior Administrative Officer, she plays an integral role in the firm’s superb portfolio accounting and trading capabilities.
Ms. Smith joined the firm in 1997. As Treasurer, she is involved in a variety of financial and accounting functions for the firm, as well as corporate record keeping and related affairs.
